UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all Indian debit and credit cards, net banking from 58 banks, Paytm and Amazon Pay wallets, and cash on delivery at around 22,000 PIN codes. Card details are handled entirely by our payment gateway — we never see or store your card number.

Yes — a flat ₹49 handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm. COD is available on orders between ₹499 and ₹15,000. Riders accept cash and UPI at the door, so exact change helps. The fee is not refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

Until the parcel is handed to the courier, yes. Email us the order number and we will amend the size, change the address or cancel it outright — usually within an hour during studio hours. After dispatch we cannot recall it, but the 30-day return window starts the day it arrives.

That is an authorisation hold rather than a completed charge, and banks release it automatically within 5–7 working days. No order is created, so nothing ships. Send us the UTR or transaction reference and we will chase the gateway on your behalf rather than leaving you to do it.

Every order ships with a GST invoice inside the parcel, and a PDF copy reaches your inbox at dispatch. Need it addressed to a company GSTIN? Add the number in the order notes at checkout and we will raise it correctly the first time.

Express takes 2–3 working days and standard 4–6, counted from dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day leave the studio the same day. Remote PIN codes in the north-east, Ladakh and the islands add two to three days.

On every order over ₹1,999, anywhere in India, on express delivery at no extra cost. Below that it is ₹49 standard or ₹99 express. Same-day delivery inside Bengaluru is ₹149 regardless of order value, and studio collection is always free.

You get an email and SMS at dispatch with your order number, which always starts with AVF. Paste it into the tracker on your account page for a live status. Tracking normally activates within four hours of the parcel leaving us.

We ship to Singapore, the UAE, the UK, Australia, Canada and the USA. Charges start at ₹1,450 on actual weight and delivery takes 7–12 working days. Local customs duties are payable by you on arrival and are not included in our prices.

Thirty days from delivery, no reason required. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Reverse pickup is free at 20,000+ PIN codes and we book it within 48 hours of you asking.

The first exchange on any order costs nothing, including both legs of the courier. We reserve the replacement size the moment you ask and dispatch it as soon as your return is scanned, so the parcels cross in transit. Further exchanges on the same order are ₹99.

We release it within two working days of your return passing inspection. UPI lands within a day, cards take 5–7 working days and net banking 3–5. COD refunds go by NEFT to the account you share with us. Choose store credit instead and we add 10% on top.

Opened packs of innerwear and socks, personalised pieces with embroidered names, opened multi-packs of hair accessories, gift cards, and anything marked “final sale”. Everything else is fair game within the 30 days.

Send one photo to hello@avfashion.in within 7 days of delivery. We dispatch a replacement on express at our cost, or refund you in full — your call. Anything under ₹999 does not even need to come back. Manufacturing faults are covered for six months.

Always size up. Our cuts have generous hems and adjustable waist tapes, so the larger size will be worn for two seasons rather than one. The full measurement tables in centimetres are on our size guide.

By height and chest, with age shown only as a rough guide. Two four-year-olds can be 12 cm apart, so measure once with a soft tape and use the numbers. Height is the single most reliable measurement for kidswear.

The bulk of the range is GOTS-certified organic cotton grown and knitted in Tamil Nadu, with 3–5% elastane in leggings and joggers for recovery. Party pieces use OEKO-TEX certified linings, and winter outers are lined with recycled polyester fleece. Exact composition is listed on every product page.

Our fabrics are pre-shrunk, so expect under 3% movement on a cold wash — already allowed for in the pattern. Wash at 30°C, inside out, with like colours, and dry in the shade. Hot water and tumble drying are what cause shrinkage and fading, and neither is covered by the fault warranty.

The entire newborn range uses undyed or low-impact dyed organic cotton with flatlock seams and external labels, so nothing rubs. Prints are water-based and free of phthalates, lead and formaldehyde. If your child reacts to something we have made, tell us — we will refund it and investigate the batch.

No — guest checkout takes about ninety seconds. An account simply keeps your addresses, wishlist and order history together, and makes returns a two-click job instead of an email.
